Booking Policies

  • All appointments require a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure appointment slot. If you miss your appointment and need to reschedule a new deposit will need to be made. Deposits are applied towards overall cost of service. No Exceptions.

  • When receiving Microlink with I-tip services, a consultation must be performed no later than 3 days before appointment. If a consultation is not performed at least 3 days before appointment, the appointment will be canceled, the deposit is non-refundable, and the card on file will be charged for half the amount of the service. Stylist will discuss texture matching when conducting the consultation. If the stylists recommendation is not adhered to and a texture change is requested later, client will be charged full price for a take-down, as well as full price for a new install & hair extensions. All sales of hair extensions are no final. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • Alll sales are final and non-refundable. No exchanges

  • Payments are accepted in cash only. If a debit/credit card, or any form of electronic payment is received, a credit card authorization form will be requested on the booking page and drivers license would need to be present at the time of service. If the name on the drivers license does not match the debit/credit card the payment will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • If STYLIST is 15 minutes or more late for appointment, STYLIST will deduct $35 from total fee. If STYLIST needs to reschedule $50 will be deducted from total price of service. If you are late to your appointment a ‘$25 late fee will be applied NO EXCEPTION. There is a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes appointment will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled. If appointment is missed, card on file will be charged for half of the service total value. Cancellations would need to take place at least 48 HRS BEFORE appointment. IF appointments are canceled after 48 HRS the card on file will be charged for half of the overall price of services. NO-CALL, NO-SHOW will be charged for full price of services and prohibited from booking in the future

  • All hair extensions can be returned for exchange or for full refund if:

    -All hair extensions are still in their original packaging and

    -Unused

    -NO more than 7 days after purchase

  • All service sales are final. NO REFUND NO RESTYLE. Please address and all concerns about the services you received at the end of your service to ensure all concerns or issues are addressed before you depart the salon at no additional cost to you. Not the next day, Not the next week. Stylist are not responsible for issues that may arise due to at home care. All stylist will educate you as much as possible at each appointment to ensure you are successful at home. If stylist has to make any corrections to fix issues that occurred due to at home care you will have to pay an additional fee per correction. You will also be charged additional fees if you request stylist to administer services that where advised against, this also includes removal of styles or extensions.
